We have 18 shipping locations all over the U.S., stocking over 30,000 parts. With next day service to 90% of the U.S. and two day for all the rest, were sure you’ll have no problems with getting your parts in a timely manner. With that said, as of yet we do not live in a Utopia. There are such things as back orders, trucks stuck in a mountain pass, or that stock clerk that had too much fun the night before.

Shipping cost are based upon what you buy, not how much. We ship directly from our warehouse, that way your not paying to ship it to us, then to you. There are no $50 shipping rates for patio lights.  We base your cost the same way that UPS or USPS would.

You can call us anytime, night or day!! But if it’s after 5:30p.m. Tuesday – Friday or 4p.m on Saturday we won’t be there. Sorry, we have families too, and like you, we still cherish that.
