Oven heats up to 450�F and features large broiler area and a porcelain surface for easy cleaning. Includes a sturdy, easy-sliding oven rack with multiple rack positions. Smooth, infinitely variable flame adjusts from a gentle simmer to high heat for faster cooking. Two 6,500 BTUH rear burners add lots of cooking capacity. One piece, porcelain-coated steel grate is more convenient for large pans. Optional black bi-fold cover provides additional counter space when cooktop is not in use.
